How can we be so forgetful as
not to drink enough water? Yet
the truth remains, wrenching
headaches, sudden confusion,
a feeling of dizziness and even
seeing stars appear in front of your eyes from
getting up too fast might be a clear indication that
you are not getting enough water in your system.
However, not to worry, such a situation is easily
rectified. For a second, forget the hectic schedule,
forget the busy life and forget being constantly
aflutter. Drink up. Cool down. Chill out. You have
made it to your seat, take a deep breath, lean
back and gulp down more of that tonic of life. You
deserve it.
