Welcome on-board Firefly!
Thismonthwe’re happy to introduce yet another feature
to ensure hassle-free travelling. Checking-in is probably one
of themost tedious airport processeswe have to go through
when flying. Standing in long queues, watching precious
time go by before finally being greeted by the check-in
attendant – all this just to get an assigned seat and a boarding ticket. But
now, you have the option to avoid all that.
We are delighted to tell you that Firefly has started offering an automated
check-in feature in our booking system. We are the first airline in the nation
to offer an automated check-in feature for flights to Singapore and to all
our domestic destinations. The user-friendly automated check-in feature
adopts a “click, print and fly” concept that will allow on-the-go passengers
to complete their check-in while they book their flights online. This new
feature reinforces our commitment to customer service, making Firefly one
of the nation’s most efficient and welcoming airline.
