tomers the chance to save up
to 40% on excess baggage fees
by simply pre-booking their
baggage online.
Firefly CEO Ignatius Ong
said, “Our passengers’ con-
venience and user experience
have always been our top
priorities so when we realised
that people were burdened with
heavy baggage and exorbitant
extra baggage fees at the last
minute, we immediately took
steps to improving our offerings
to ensure all our customers
end their journey on a pleasant
note.”

on excess baggage at check-in

Firefly’s Online Baggage
pre-book option fee starts from
RM60 for an additional 5kg.
For those who don’t pre-book
their excess baggage online,
a baggage that exceeds 20kg
or its set dimensions, will be
charged more depending on
the destination (domestic or
international). Passengers are
encouraged to plan ahead to
avoid any disappointment.
