Planning for Christmas dinners or treats is a

The
celebration at Sunway Resort Hotel
& Spa starts as early as 15 December with
the theme It’s Beginning To Look A Lot
Like Christmas. Its culinary brigade has
planned an expansive spread of classic and
festive favourites to delight you. Leading
their Countdown Feast to Christmas which
is available for lunch (RM85++ per
adult) and dinner (RM110++ per adult)
until 23 December is the Hotel’s Executive
Chef Melvin Kong, showcasing an exten-
sive menu filled with delectable all-time
favourite Christmas dishes at Fuzion, the
Hotel’s all-day dining restaurant.
During this period, look forward to
seasonal spreads of main courses and
succulent roasts that will further enhance
the festive buffet at Fuzion. Amongst the
many classic dishes being featured on the
buffet are Duck Ballontine with Cranberry
Jelly, Roasted Potato Wedges, Asparagus
and Grilled Zucchini and the Chicken
Ballontine with Chestnut Stuffing, Braised
Green Cabbage and Young Carrots.
Fuzion’s seasonal spread would not be
complete without time-honoured recipes
with dishes like Lamb Shank Stew with
Rosemary, a dish of tendermarinated lamb
meat served with meat sauce accented
with fresh herbs, or opt for a tender slice
of the Roasted Sirloinwith Herbs, Mustard
