CEO Ignatius Ong officiated the event
with an opening speech, which was then
proceeded by the Final Call’s performance,
after which the Firefly Miss Congeniality
Finale ensued.
Firefly values its employees, so as with
every year before, staff who fulfil certain
criteria received a SPOT Award for their
efforts. The judging criteria were based
on how the employee performs above and
beyond the call of duty, if they promote
best practice behaviour or behave in a
way worth emulating, and who are sup-
ported by an agreement from the general
population.
Eight deserving employees received the
2014 SPOT awards:

Mohd Norsyahir Bin Sazali (Goo, Szb)
The annual dinner served as a way
for Firefly staff to sit back, relax, and
celebrate the start of 2015 with new goals
and targets to achieve, providing them the
opportunity to network with other teams
and department heads.
The top three winners won a pair of
return economy class tickets, with the 1st
prize for London going to Grace Christy
Paruntu, the 2nd for Istanbul to Anis
Fadhilah Binti Hassan and the 3rd prize
for Hong Kong toMuhammad Firdauz Bin
Abdul Shukor.
The lucky draw prizes presented at
the dinner were sponsored by Ablenet,
