Greetings and welcome aboard Firefly.
I hope you celebrated the start of 2015 in good spirits
with family and friends. Now that we’re a few days into
the year, it’s good to look ahead and think about what this
year may bring us.
2014 was quite an eventful one for all of us at Firefly.
We’ve been through many developments and have implemented further
initiatives to help you, our customers, travel more efficiently.
I amvery excited for 2015. Fireflywill be offeringmore innovative products
and services, adding frequencies to strengthen the breadth and depth of
our network, introducing new routes and destinations, and enhancing our
customer service levels. With four new aircraft being added to our fleet, we
will continue to fulfil our “Beyond Convenience” credo while putting the
highest priority on safety and quality. I believe 2015 will be our best and
strongest year yet!
If you are a frequent customer of Firefly, I humbly thank you for your
support and look forward to continuing to provide you with smart travel
solutions and exceptional service. If you’re trying us out for the first time
and considering flyingwith us again, I welcome the opportunity to introduce
you to our positively different travel experience.
