“It took 12 years of planning and 10
years to decide to bring this type of food
to Kuala Lumpur,” says Delhi Royale
managing director Aman B. Aggarwal.
With 21 years of experience in the Food
and Beverage industry in India, Aman
feels that a combination of good, fine
dining Indian food and good service is
hard to come by. With that inmind, Aman
took two-and-a-half years to complete the
