Singapore Tourism Board (STB),
welcomes Malaysian visitors with an
array of special deals and experiences
in conjunction with Singapore’s Golden
Jubilee celebration. More than 40 tour-
ism stakeholders have come together
to curate deals and experiences that
encompass “Fly, Stay, Eat, Shop and
Play” categories as part of a $20 million
marketing outreach.
From May to December 2015, visitors
from all over the world including Malay-
sians will be able to choose fromattractive
airfares, hotel stays, retail experiences,
dining deals and admissions. More than
35 hotels have come on board to offer two-
night packages with a third night free for
bookings up to end of August 2015. Parents
with kids can also enjoy free admission
into participating attractions with terms
and conditions applied.

Signature Mocktail
Kuala
Lumpur now has a Signature
Mocktail that it can be proud of, aptly
named ‘Teh Malaya’. The announcement
was made at the closing of KL Big Kitchen
Festival 2015 where Muhammad Rushdi
took home the first prize for KL Signature
Mocktail competition.
A perfect Signature Mocktail must
have the right taste, flavour and pre-
sentation plus its own uniqueness to
represent the city. Muhammad Rushdi’s
‘Teh Malaya’ proven to be the perfect fit
for the criteria. The winning mocktail
was truly a local concoction which is

prize of RM10,000 and gifts sponsored
by Electrolux.
