inKuala Lumpur. PublikaShoppingGallery recentlyorganised a FoodTruck eventwhere
shoppers had the opportunity to try some excellent food and drinks. Judging by the
quality of food that was served, one could be forgiven for thinking that theywere dining
at a high-end restaurant.

Tex-Mex delights that

and put a sombrero on. Tacos
and burritos are the order of
the day at this truck. Their
Beef
Taco
is filled with shredded
beef tenderloin and it’s simply
delicious. The
Mushroom and
Chicken Burrito
has shredded
chicken and creamy, plump
mushrooms that make for
an amazing meal. Another
winning factor is that
Gringos
use soft-shell tacos.
BuBu
This
distinctively coloured truck
serves some of the best braised
beef ribs in town. The ribs are
tender and juicy with amazing
flavour combinations. Coupled
with the creamy butter mash
that it is served with, this dish
is a definite must-try. “We are
a food truck that serves really
good, fine dining food, using
quality ingredients and selling
it at street prices,” says Nick K,
Bubu’s Operations Manager.
