is returning with
12.12 Online Fever
, an
online shopping extravaganza kicking off
a slew of attractive deals from Dec 9 - Dec
12 2015 across different e-commerce com-
panies. Initiated in 2014, this year’s cyber
event will see over 100 partners and brands
across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and
for the first time – Taiwan. A ZALORA-led
initiative,

the e-commerce industry across the region,
bringing to consumers some of the best
deals that will encourage online purchase,
hoping to convert traditional consumers
into e-consumers.

Movie Animation Park Studios (MAPS)
slated for Grand Opening in 2016

Animation Park Studios (MAPS) is well under-
way in Malaysia. Slated to open within the first half
of 2016, MAPS was recently launched to the world by
the Minister of Tourism and Culture Malaysia, YB Dato’
Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz at the leading global
travel industry event, World Travel Market (WTM) in
London. Poised as the ‘First Animation Theme Park
in Asia’, MAPS spans over 52 acres of land is built at
the cost of RM450 million. Strategically located in the
state of Perak, the northern region of Malaysia, MAPS
is easily accessible with flight connectivity, apart from
the country’s North-South Highway and electric train
services. It will feature over 40 attractions including
rides and shows within six themed zones. Among

‘Experience Macau’ at Pavilion KL proves a hit
with visitors
The
‘Experience Macau’
event at the Pavilion KL, has proved
to be a big smash with visitors who have been enjoying the
interactive exhibits, competitions, information and exclusive
travel packages offered at the event.
Director Senna Fernandes, together with Head of Marketing
Division Cora Vong, Macau Advocates Intan Ladyana, Steven
Goh and Ng Sock Peng visited the interactive attractions of
‘Experience Macau’
. They also presented on the stage to seal
a Time Capsule in which they have written down a secret note
and a Polaroid picture for posterity. The event, organised by
the Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) in Malaysia,
re-creates the ambience of Macau’s famous Senado Square with
both indoor and outdoor areas and replication of a variety of
Macau pavements to give visitors the real feel for the destina-
tion. Visitor numbers and the uptake of promotional Macau
package tours being offered by travel agents at the event are an
indication that Malaysians are enjoying their Macau experience.
