market and cut all costs but we have to be careful not to downgrade
our service. Our main emphasis currently is on training and increasing
the food and service quality. We have been conducting mystery dining
in all of our outlets to see where our weak points are and how we can
improve in this very difficult market.
Whatsnext for you?
I would love to stay in Malaysia and hopefully I would like to start my
own business within the next 5 years. I believe there are a lot of new
businesses popping up with great ideas but not enough expertise to
execute the concept properly. I have met plenty of great Malaysian
chefs here and I would love to invest in these people to help them run
their own businesses. But at the moment I still have not completed
my job in Delicious.
