is a vibrant blend of Black Winter Truffles, Salmon
Trout Sashimi,
Hokkigai
and
Ikura
. This platter is the
perfect labyrinth of complex textures and flavours
from fresh Salmon Trout Sashimi,
Hokkigai
(Surf
Clam),
Ikura
(Salmon Roe), and the highly-prized
BlackWinter Truffles or black diamonds. The fusion
of Japanese and Chinese vegetables gives this dish a
distinct zest. The crunch from the purple cabbage,
ohba leaf (Japanese Basil), enoki mushroom, daikon
cress and white radish cucumber is enhanced by
the bite from the ginger and the pickled shallots.
This plethora of colourful ingredients is tossed
in the delicious sweet and sour sauce – a perfect
blend of spices, truffle power, tangy plum sauce
and topped with the crunch of the crispy enoki,
crackers and peanuts.

The Sam Willows Live In Malaysia
Singaporean
pop band,
The SamWillows
, is set
to perform live in Kuala Lumpur for an exclusive
show at The Bee in Publika on March 5. The one-
night-only show will have fans of all ages singing
and dancing along to the pop band’s catchy tunes.
The Sam Willows
was formed in 2012 and is
made up of siblings, Narelle and Benjamin Kheng,
together with their friends Sandra Riley Tang and
Jonathan Chua. The multi-talented band does not
have a dedicated lead singer as each member sings
and plays an instrument at every performance. Their
self-titled EP, released in the same year the quartet
was formed, shot the band to spectacular fame as
it was one of the top 30 most downloaded albums
of 2013 and 2014 on iTunes. In 2015, they released
their debut album titled
Take Heart
and the most
popular singles from the album include

and
For Love
.
