Welcome aboard Firefly and a Happy New Year

It’s a pleasure to have you on board with us
today. In the spirit of the New Year, I would like to
take this opportunity to share with you some of the
activities and efforts we’ve put in place at the start of
2014.
I’m pleased to announce that we’ve added a new International
destination to our network, Bangkok! We will operate out of Sultan
Ismail Petra Airport in Kota Bharu and Don Mueang International
Airport in Bangkok, starting Jan 24, four times a week on Mondays,
Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Another milestone reached is our very first partnership with
a renowned bank through an aircraft livery. A majority of Firefly
passengers are business travellers and this form of advertising allows
EXIM Bank to reach out to potential stakeholders and partners in
business within the ASEAN region.
Listening to your experiences is very important to us. With this,
we invite you to become a Firefly Facebook fan to convey your
feedback. We trust that this is an encouraging medium to stay

Firefly in reaching greater heights, especially in the customer service
