Quiksilver Hits Medan
QUIKSILVER,
in partnership with PT
Giordano Indonesia, have continued
their rapid retail roll out by opening
the new Quiksilver store in Centre
Point Mall, Medan, North Sumatra.
The store is Quiksilver’s first flagship
store in the bustling city that is fast
becoming a tourism hot spot due to
its close proximity to neighbouring
Singapore and Malaysia.

Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort will
commence refurbishment of its 69
and 105 guestrooms and facilities
located in Village 1 and Village 2,
respectively. The remodelling will
be carried out in two phases and
take approximately six months,
starting from mid-January 2014.
Together with the property’s
owners and award-winning
interior designers, Vincent Koh,
David Wong and Edwin Teo from
Environment Design Consultants
(EDC), the hotel is committed to
providing accommodation that is of
international standards.
The all-new guestrooms will
feature designs inspired by the
vibrant tropical location, local
Malay architecture, arts and crafts.
Utilising local indigenous tropical
timber and fabrics reflecting the local
handicraft of basket weaving, the
guestrooms are intimate, warm and
comfortable. The guestrooms are
further enhanced with earthy colour
palettes to accentuate the overall
ambience. A new family oriented
room category will be created at Hyatt
Regency Kuantan Resort as a result
of the refurbishments. During the
remodelling period, all resort facilities
will remain open to hotel guests.

The new Quiksilver store
showcases a complete range of
Quiksilver, Roxy and DC Shoes
apparel and accessories for men,
women, youth and kids. The store
opens from 10.00 to 22.00 daily.
