What is a typical day for a person like
you?
I always ensure my day starts with
breakfast and sending my boy to his
kindergarten before I can fully focus on
my work. I normally end my day with
dinner and spend time with family. Once
in awhile I am required to meet people
after office hours, over the weekend or
out of town.
What do you like themost about your
job?
Meeting different types of people every-
day from various industries. My boss also
gives me the freedom to manage my job.
What is themost challenging part of
your job?
The aviation industry is highly competi-
tive and sensitive in nature. Competition
is intense. We must evolve and be dy-
namic based on current market situations
and it can be a challenge to keep up with
the latest trends.
Howdo youmanage to achieve a work - life balance?
I believe in quality, not quantity. Quality in your work and quality time with your
family and yourself. Family is always my top priority. However, as a VP of Sales, I
have to produce the best for the company. It requires a lot of time and effort. Due
to this, effective time management is the key.
Do you have any partingwords of wisdom to share for thosewhowish towork in
your industry?
Whether it is in airline industry or not, a right attitude together with hard work will
help you to deliver the best results. For those who love to travel, the airline industry
is the right place for you to further pursue your interest.
Have you travelled to any Firefly destinations? Do sharewith us one of your more
memorable travel experience either with friends or family.
I have travelled to almost all Firefly destinations for duty and holidays. What I like
to do most is to go on a food-hunting trip wherever I am.
