help but admire their
dedication towards their
job. In their prim and proper uniforms,
it is obvious that a lot of effort has been
put in for them to look good. As Firefly’s
Cabin Crew Grooming Executive, Nurul
Sapinas is the person responsible in
making sure that the airline’s cabin crew
maintain their appearance in line with
the standards set by Firefly.
Can you tell us a little bit about your
background?
I am a graduate from UiTM (Universiti
Teknologi MARA) Shah Alam in Diploma
Information Studies. I started my career
as a flight stewardess with MAS (Ma-
laysia Airlines) right after I graduated,
2003 until 2008. I continued my career in
Firefly as a stewardess after giving birth
to my first child. Later on, I grabbed an
opportunity to go one step further by
taking on the challenge of becoming one
of the management staff in Firefly. Now
here I am as a Cabin Crew Grooming
Executive in Firefly.
