RM152.11millionwithin theyear,whichwill
make up 70% of the total gross develop-
mentvalue(GDV)ofRM485million itplans
to launch in 2016.
The company is open to either
acquiring new land or form JVs (Joint
Ventures)with landowners to increase its
hectarage. The four projects on Langkawi
over thenext five to sevenyearswill have
an estimated gross development value
(GDV) of RM1.5 billion.
