Ingredients
Cake Flour – 500g
Sugar – 440g
Ground Peanut Roasted – 400g
Eggs – 1nos
Preparation

Gently combine all the ingredients together until
the dough became smooth.

Use the rolling pin to roll the dough until completely
flat.
m
Use designated cookies cutter to cut the dough.
m
Bake the dough at 175°C for 10 minutes.

2 to 4 persons

Icing Sugar – 200g
Milk Powder – 400g
Egg Yolk – 4nos
Ghee – 800g
For the Filling
Ground Peanut Roasted – 200g
Fine Caster Sugar – 100g
For the coating
Green Tea Powder – 50g
Icing Sugar – 150g
Preparation

Gently combine flour, icing sugar, milk powder
together and mix well.
m
Pour the ghee and egg yolk into the mixer until the
dough became smooth.
m
Mix the ground peanut with caster sugar to make
the filling.
m
Form a ball from the dough and press the ball firmly
until flat.
m
Insert the peanut filling and cover it up by forming a
ball shape.
m
Bake all the dough at 175°C for 10 minutes
