has changed and it is now accessible to
everyone. Know where to look and you will

Sweating It Out
Hot Yo Studio is a yoga studio that offers hot yoga classes.
This type of yoga is said to be a great way to de-stress, lose
weight and tone muscles while increasing flexibility and
strength. Hot yoga is a vigorous form of yoga performed
in a studio that is heated to 40°C. The formal name for
hot yoga is “Bikram yoga” and consists of a series of 26
postures.
The studio itself is a minimalist whitewashed space
and provides free eco-friendly yoga mats for your
workouts. Also available is free filtered drinking water,
towels, showers and changing rooms with lockers.
A little further afield will lead you to the Publika Shop-
ping Gallery. It is here that you will The Blade Fencing
Club Kuala Lumpur. Fencing goes back many years and
was one of the few sports that was included in the first
Olympic Games.
