What is a typical day for a trainer like you?
It is always challenging and interesting I must say.
What do you like the most about your job?
I love my job for two reasons.Firstly, I get to learn something
new everyday and, secondly, I enjoy meeting new people.
Nothing is more satisfying than helping highly motivated
individuals achieve their goals
What is the most challenging part of your job?
Everyone needs to be the best among the best. In order to
achieve this, I have to take up the challenge of gathering
knowledge that comply with the company policies and safety
as a whole on a daily basis.
How do you manage to achieve a work - life balance?
I make it a point to have a perfectly balanced leisure
and work time. I love reading books and hanging out
or watching movies with my mom on weekends. From
time to time, I go on weekend getaways.
If you not the trainer for Firefly, what you probably be?
I would probably be a home interior designer or a chef.
I love both home decorating and cooking.
Do you have parting words of wisdom to share for those
who wish to work in airline industry?
Never stop learning something new, especially if you
have a chance to work or get a career upstart in the
airline industry. Doors are always wide open if you open
up your mind to experience something new, challenging
and interesting.
Have you travelled to any Firefly destinations?
Yes, all destination for both training and leisure.I love
Koh Samui and Phuket, especially for their local food
and beaches.
