cally located outside the dressing
room. Get comfortable and catch
upwithwhat is happening on social
mediawhile she tries on thatmassive
pile of clothes that she has picked out.

DON’Tmake dramatic sound effects
to indicate howbored you are. There
is no reason to huff and sigh to show
howbored you are. It is quite juvenile
and rude. Help hold bags and help
her with zippers. This will earn you
massive brownie points.

DON’T agree to go shopping unless
you can do it without acting like a
petulant child. It is better for you not
to go than to agree to go and be super
negative thewhole time. Set a couple
of conditions if needs be (a coffee
break after an hour in, not spending
more than an hour in one shop) but
know your limits, and if you know
you’re not up to it, give the tripmiss.
Therewill be other times.
Shoppingwith your other half does
not have to be a painful experience. Be
engagedwithwhat is happening and you
may find that it is not as bad that you it
would be. Remember, she is shopping so
that she can look good for you as well.
