Definitely whenever I am able tomake
a profit for the company. Then only do I
know that I have donemy job properly.
What is themost challenging
part of your job?
When demand is lowand I need to
manage the fares well tomanage
loss of revenue. I have to put the
right fares during the lowdemand.
If the fare is too cheap, it will not cover the
cost but when it is too high, load factor
will drop and thatmakes it worse.Making
Family always comes
