Interior
The interior is a beautiful place to be in.
Not only does it stand out from its rivals,
there are many tiny details which you’ll
miss out at first glance and when you spot
them, there is a sigh of appreciation. One
example is theWhite Ashwood trim found
throughout. You probably didn’t notice it’s
injected with a silver powder to enhance
the grains. Another is the textured rings of
the tacho and speedometers. You probably
didn’t notice that either but you suspect
that there’s something different.
The ventilated seats are swathed in
luxurious leather and offer the right
amount of support and suppleness. That,
you probably noticed how much it feels
like a good couch. But you’ll likely notice
that fresh scent of green. That’s the Forest
Air feature from the air-conditioning
systemwhich comes at you gently like
a breeze rather than a 5-bladed fan.
But because this was first designed
as a regular car, the battery pack
compromises trunk space. Still,
according to Infiniti, you’re able to
cram 4 golf bags in the trunk.
Verdict
Though this is a petrol-electric hybrid,
I very much doubt you’ll buy this to
save a few liters. Not when you can
shell out this much. You’re probably
after the fun factor the electric motor
provides and that’s alright; I would
do the same thing. But having the
ability to save a few liters makes it a
responsible kind of fun.
