before boarding your flight
Once onboard, eat your meals according
to the new time zone and stay away from
alcohol and red meat. If you already have
a fitness regime then once you check-in at
your hotel, exercise at the same time you
would at home. Your mind and body will
be fooled into thinking that you never left.

referring to the staple
New Year’s resolution
to lead a healthier lifestyle. And the reason why
this resolution is usually chucked by February is
because well, it’s precisely that. Such hard work!
But if our willpower is so severely tested in our
daily schedule, howmuch greater is it challenged
when we take to the road, sea or air? Contrary to
popular assumption, not very much more.
It takes the same discipline and enthusiasm,
and just a little more planning to stay on track
with your fitness goals right through to the end
of the year. To set you on that path here are some
