On behalf of Firefly’s management committee, I am
happy to inform you that Firefly was awarded bronze for
the Transportation, Travel &Tourismcategory at this year’s
Putra Brand Awards.
In a little over a year, we’ve launched outstanding
new services, as well as roll-out the new Firefly brand. We started 2013
by introducing our new cabin crew uniform and branded Subang as our
territory. The newcontemporary brand identity is a reflection of our exciting
and innovative image. Just lastmonthwe launched our new tagline “Beyond
Convenience” to reflect our customer friendly services and offerings. The
responsewas incredible and continued to showFirefly’s unrivalled leadership
in short-haul flights.
To recognise the efforts and support thatmade this awardpossible, Iwould
like to give thanks to all our passengers for your loyalty and for making
Firefly the most preferred short-haul premium carrier in Malaysia. We will
continue to innovate and break new grounds in the way we conduct our
business, however, not forgetting our key competencies which are signature
passenger experience and safety. Without your unwavering support, we
would not be where we are today.
