These are pretty much
expected when you walk
through the doors of a
five-star hotel. But at the
Grand Hyatt Singapore,
the feeling somehowmakes you feel more
at home.
Elegant, contemporary and luxuri-
ous, the Grand Hyatt Singapore eschews
conventional thinking with a holiday stay
that will definitely please the aesthetically
clued-up traveller. Especially since the
true grandness of the hotel is somewhat
hidden behind the equally luxurious
façade – something that most travellers
would appreciate if they’re in need of
privacy. The fantastic first impression
certainly whetted my appetite for more.
Upon check-in, I was ushered into the
lift to the 15th floor where my Grand Club
King Room awaits. As I stepped into my
room, I was greeted by a spaciouswalkway
that led into a spacious bedroom, complete
with a bathroom that’s almost half the size
of my bedroom. My room had a floor to
ceiling window at the study corner, giving
it just enough light to brighten the room.
Its in-roomamenities are quite impressive,
especially the bathtub that fills up in a jiffy.
The size of the room is ideal for a solo stay,
but is perfect for double sharing with a
loved one, a friend or even a colleague.
Depending on the space you need,
there are also the Standard Room, Deluxe
Room, and Suites to consider. The Grand
Club Rooms, like mine, come with access
