you are in Kuala Lumpur for
the weekend, head on down to
Signature By The Hill @ The Roof.
It is definitely a trendy restaurant
where guests can enjoy premium
gastronomic meals. Known for their
award-winning signature cocktails,
Signature serves Asian and international
cuisine and has recently introduced their
latest promotion, “Brunch with a view”
every Saturday and Sunday.
All about the brunch
Starting from 11am, guests can savour
their brunch menu which ranges from
the Big Breakfast and English Breakfast to
Eggs Benedict. The Big Breakfast includes
sliced turkey ham, beef bacon, sautéed
mushrooms, hash browns, baked beans,
breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs and
sun dried tomatoes – definitely will fill
your tummies right up as the portions are
very generous. For the English Breakfast,
guests can expect to see buns with a side
of butter, apricot and strawberry jamwith
scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages and
sun-dried tomatoes.
If you feel like having something
lighter instead of chewing down your
usual eggs and bacon, you can opt to
start off your meals with the
Beef Tortilla
Wrap
which is 100%ground beef sautéed
with onions and capsicumwith a special
blend of spices wrapped in tortilla and
served with a side of curly fries or try
their Vegetable Wrap.
The health conscious people can
choose either fromAunt Abby’s Breakfast
Salad or opt for a Fruit Bowl. The salad
is Signature’s version of a chicken salad
with mesclun, arugula and vinaigrette.
There’s more to brunch
Don’t be fooled by Signature’s brunch
promotion as it also includes mains such
as
Grilled Salmon, Black Cod, Scallop
Black Aglio Maki, Crispy Peking Duck
and
Foie Gras,
Fish and Chips and Louisiana
Buttermilk Deep Fried Chicken amongst
others. For pasta lovers opt for the Giant
Meatball “Bomb”
Linguine
– ground
Australian rib eye, shaped into a monster
meatball stuffed with egg served on a
bed of linguine and sautéed in Roma
tomato sauce.
We love how the
Roasted
Lamb
Rou-
lade
tastes. It is stuffed and marinated
with capsicum and herbs for 24 hours
and served with pumpkin mash and a
side of garlic dipped in chocolate sauce.
Or you can even choose the
Black Angus
Tenderloin
which comes with 200 to
220gm of tenderloin tapped with herbed
garlic.
To accompany your meals, Signature
serves hot beverages consisting of espres-
so, long black,
espresso macchiato
,
latte
,
hot chocolate and teas amongst others.
There are also your usual soft drinks such
as Coca Cola, Coke light, Sprite, green tea
and others. For a healthier option, guests
can also indulge in some lifejuice like 500
Days of Summer which contains straw-
berries, grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe,
red apple and mint or Citrus Blast which
is a mix of orange, mango, lemon, lime,
red apple and cayenne.
