Unique Eats at Cotton Craft
Quaint and quiet cafe, foodwith a twist

owner-cum-manager took
over the cafe not too long
ago. The name, Cotton
Craft started off because
of the intention of selling ready-to-wear
clothes alongside a cafe that serves
comfort food. Two months after being in
operation since May 4, the cafe is known
just as Cotton Craft as the boutique side
of things will probably kick off only in
the future.
Interior
Guests are greeted with white walls and
furnishing complimented by touches of
Tiffany blue giving the effect of brightness
to the cafe. Going with a vintage concept,
the furniture here is mostly custommade.
Able to seat 60 persons comfortably, the
menu ranges from salads right up to
desserts. Not only does Cotton Craft serve

western food with a twist, guests need
to follow their Instagram or Facebook
account to be able to see their daily
specials (dishes which are not on the
menu), food promotions and discounts.
What to eat?
To start off your meal at Cotton Craft, one
should try the modified
Caesar Salad
with
homemade dressing –
crafter’s salad with
salmon
. For mains, one has many options
to choose from such as the
crafters
lamb
burger
,
crafters
grilled
chicken
,
chicken
roulade
and the
lemon dill
salmon
.
The
crafters lamb burger
is lamb
patties dipped in black pepper sauce
withmashed potato andmushroom gravy
served in a burger bun accompanied with
French fries.
If you are not into burgers, opt for
the
crafters grilled
chicken
. This dish is a
whole chicken leg marinated with herbs
and spices served with potato
au
gratin
and mushroom
ragout
accompanied
by black pepper sauce. Another
recommended chicken dish would be
the
chicken roulade
. Guests will sink their
teeth into a breaded stuff chicken served
with garlic crumbs cauliflower,
potato au
gratin
and BBQ sauce.
For something other than chicken,
guests can order the
lemon
dill
salmon
.
Pasta lovers don’t fret as Cotton Craft
gives a generous portion of 200gmworth
of
pasta
. The must try
pasta
dish would
be the
seafood aglio olio
. Guests can taste
the bold rich flavours in this dish. One
can also opt for the latest addition to the
menu – the
spaghetti
tomyam
.
The hot selling dessert at Cotton Craft
is the beautiful “o” mess. This dessert
is similar to an
eton mess
, consisting
of meringue with cream served with
chocolate and strawberry sauce.
