Whydidyoubecome interested inhealthyeating?
I read some testimonials on how raw or healthy eating can
really make a difference to your health. The articles I read were
specifically talking about eczema and lethargy. I have slight
eczema and also have experienced lethargy and really wished
healthy food was easier to get hold of here.
Canyouoffer some advice for beinghealthier?
Develop the habit of exercising and think about the ingredients
or how your food is made before putting it into your mouth.

Whydidyou set upTheNakedLunchbox (TNL)?
People ask me this all the time and I honestly don’t really know
why! It hadn’t been on my mind before; I’m not a chef nor have
any experience in the food and beverage industry. What I can
tell you is that I just wanted to start something that would make
a difference and that could help people. The thought of doing a
healthy and wholesome food delivery service just popped in my
mind – there was no turning back after that.
What is thephilosophybehindTNL?
What I tell myself almost every day is to help others and help
people through my business. Our food must also help others –
help improve wellbeing, quality of life and health through what
we put in our bodies.
Wheredoyouget inspiration for yourmenus?
Everywhere! I love watching the food network, reading cook-
books, and browsing the internet or social media for recipes and
ideas. There are also so many people from all around the world
who share their beautiful recipes and stories.
What has been thebiggest challenge in settingup thebusiness?
One of the biggest challenges for delivery is of course the delivery
itself. It has been difficult to find a good deliveryman to work
for us during lunch time only. It’s not impossible though, just
difficult.
What has been themost surprising thing?
The biggest surprise for me is how the business grewmuch faster
than I expected. Due to an article posted in hype.my, I had a burst
