The retreat’s all-day restaurant, Pomelo,
serves only the healthiest selection of
food made out of the freshest organic and
locally sourced ingredients. All food on
the menu is free of artificial seasoning and
flavouring. The restaurant itself presents
cosy indoor dining as well as alfresco
dining within any one of the three gazebos
that extend over the hot springs.
Jeff’s Cellar at The Banjaran is one of
themost unique wine bars in the world, as
it is located in a limestone cave. It offers a
wide range of organic and rare wines in a
setting of ethereal lightening and intimate
exterior. This bar is quite amazingwith the
natural limestone formations serving as an
beautiful backdrop.

The geothermal hot springs dipping
pools are must-try with all of its three
million litres of fresh hot water coming
from the ground. A relaxing soak at this
pool aids stressed muscles and tired
joints. The thermal steam cave is a natural
sauna that allows the guests to experience
restorative therapy that soothes, relaxes
and detoxifies.
Aside from the steam cave, there are
also the meditation and crystal caves,
which provide different relaxation and
healing effects. The meditation cave of-
fers ideal seclusion to focus the mind
in silence for complete relaxation and
contemplation. As for the crystal cave,
its combination of amethyst and quartz
