the job on their health. If we detect any early signs of health problems,
wewill advise the employer to reduce his or herworkinghours or suggest
a change of department. If needed, we will notify the disease to DOSH.

the employer how to manoeuvre them with continuously monitoring”,

ability to work”, says Dr Afiah.
