The Travel Privilege Card
Penang For All Domestic
And International Travelers

(MoU)withPenangTouristCentreatSpiceArena,
Penang during theMalaysia International Travel
Mart (MITM) Fair 2016 recently for the Travel
PrivilegeCard, which encourages tourist to plan
their holidays in a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) manner
travel itinerary according to their flexibility.
Previouslyknownas theMuseumAdventurePass, theTravel
PrivilegeCard now includes other additional tourist attractions,
food and beverage outlets, gift shops, transportation services,
local products and aswell as hotel rooms. Today, there aremore
than 50 tourist related outlets participating in this programme
whichentitles the cardbearer toenjoy20%discountwhen they
visit the outlets.
Travel Privilege Card holderswill get to enjoy a 10%discount
withFirefly for all bookingsmade throughFirefly’swebsite, City
TicketingOffices andAirport TicketingOffices. A5%discount is
also available for Firefly merchandise, which can be bought at
Firefly Penang Sales Office.
The card encourages domestic travelers to save while
holidaying in Penang under the domestic tourism campaign
‘Cuti-Cuti 1Malaysia’ and for international travelers under the
‘MalaysiaTrulyAsia’ tourismcampaign.Thiswill encourage them
to stay longer and visit asmany tourist attractions as possible.
Being the first of its kind travel discount card for Penang and
Malaysia, the card will be sold at RM20 with an expiry on Dec
31 each year and has been endorsed by theMinistry of Tourism
and Culture Malaysia, together with TourismMalaysia Penang.
