of Vientiane should be an ideal way
to start or end a day but during the Pi
Mai water festival, held during Laos’
National Holidays, it is quite difficult.
A Spiritual Side
The roadside is littered with locals,
locals young and old, waiting to cover
the nonchalant passerby in any amount
of water. A nice antidote for the blazing
heat, but make sure that you carry
your valuables in a waterproof pouch.
