outlet in Publika Solaris Dutamas,
Kuala Lumpur. Offering unparalleled

and hectic modern day life. Customers

treatments. The services menu features

inOctober. The openingwas officiated
with a ribbon cutting ceremony that was
attended byMr. Hiroshi Onishi, President
&CEOof IsetanMitsukoshi Holdings;
H.E. Dr.MakioMiyagawa, Ambassador of
Japan toMalaysia; and Tan Sri Dato (Dr)
Francis Yeoh,ManagingDirector of YTL
Corporation Berhad amongst others.
The new storewill introduce to the
world ‘real Japan’ aesthetic in various
contemporary lifestyle aspects fromcult
fashion labels, luxury lifestyle connois-
seurs and artisanal creations to quintes-
sential Japanese cuisines.
RM300
million banking facilities were
officially extended to Bön Estates for its
flagship development, The Estate in Kuala
Lumpur at a recent signing ceremony with
Maybank Berhad.
The Estate occupies a 3.68-acre freehold
land in the prestigious South Bangsar
address and comprises of two 46-storey
towers with 328 condominiumunits. It
has a gross development value (GDV) of
RM650million and boasts a “100-year
home” concept targeted at owner
occupiers seeking bigger residences with
sustainable appreciation.
