in six super-large cauldrons placed
at Fuzion’s outdoor terrace with chefs
cooking up 26 rotational varieties of
Gulai
Kawah
recipes, comprising of
Gulai Ayam
Kampung
with
Pucuk Ubi, Gulai Daging,
Gulai Udang Galah Masak Lemak, Gulai
Itik Pekan Jawa, Gulai Kambing
and
much more.
Seafood enthusiasts like me will be
in food haven with over 20 types of
fresh seafood to be devoured including
Boiled Clams, Poached Prawns, Half Shell
Mussels, Slipper Lobster, Flower Crabs,
Salmon and Tuna Sashimi. For a wider
variety of cuisines, the eatery will also
offer a range of Western dishes like the
Roasted Duck with Orange and Rosemary
Dressing, Lamb Chop with Rosemary Jus,
