Dickson (PD) will always be a popular tourist
attraction for its sandy beaches and close proximity
to the city centre. Perhaps not a lot of people know
this, but Port Dickson offersmany attractions for
thosewho are after some sightseeing and recreation.
If you feel that you have had your fill of the view fromyour beach
front hotel room, hit the road to find out what Port Dickson has got
to offer.

Wan Loong Temple is located just opposite PDWorldMarina
Resort. This Chinese temple features stunning architecture
surrounded by awell-maintained landscape garden. Even though
the nameWan Loongmeans ‘Dragon of the Clouds’ in Chinese
language, the temple also pays homage to other divinities like
Kuan Yin and theMonkey King. There is a seafood restaurant on the
opposite side of the templewhich borrows the same architectural
design. Take your time to explore the temple as it is open daily until
night.
You are not officially on a holiday until you do themost touristy
activity of all, which is amuseumvisit. The ArmyMuseum in Port
Dickson is also known as
MuziumTenteraDarat
. It is located next to
amilitary base in the Sirusa district.
Themuseum is owned by theMalaysian Royal Armed Forces
and displays everything from its archives including uniforms

to all for free everyday.
