Design Village Penang Officially Launched!

Design Village, Penang’s outlet mall serving the northern region, was of-
ficially opened in November 2016. The 25 acres mall features a coterie
of fashion shops, including international and regional brands at
discounted prices.
The one-of-its kind green village was completed in a short space of two
years. Design Village will be a major tourism magnet for the state and
also act as the catalyst to stimulate economic activity in Bandar Cassia.
With over 150 stores planned in the 400,00 square foot outlet mall,
shoppers can expect to be spoilt for choices, especially with something
new on offer virtually every day, often at up to 70% discount, making it
seem like a year-round sale.
The opening saw the first 500 shoppers getting a limited edition Design
Village shopping bag and Beryl’s chocolates. The mall is also planning
to launch online promotions offering attractive prizes along with festive
in-store promotions for Chinese New Year, Valentine’s and Hari Raya. More

AMBOI was written and recorded entirely within a month with
the song-writing and production process undertaken in a very
specific manner by the artist. “All songs in this album were written
spontaneously in the studio. I did not allow myself to write
anywhere else. I purposely changed my usual songwriting and
recording process to challenge myself”.
In conjunction with the release of AMBOI, Altimet is also
